The production of Hot21 Incubator and the HotCold21 Refrigerated Incubator has been terminated. Just a few units are still available at stock.

These equipments will be replaced by a new version whose capacity will be increased to 35-40 liters. The new models will be released within the end of Summer 2013.

1/10/12 - 2 new ELISA kits for allergens in wine are available! Print E-mail

After the recent launch of the Casein High Sensitivity High Sensitivity ELISA kit for the determination of this allergen in food and wine samples, the new Ovalbumin High Sensitivity and Lysozyme High Sensitivity ELISA kits for the specific determination of these two egg proteins in wine samples according to the OIV-COMEX 2012 standards are now available.

All kits for the analysis of allergens in wine fully respect the OIV requirements as to the detection limits, quantification limits and recovery rate.
